CATATONICVERTIGO
The Portfolio of Justin Jordan
-XR Designer and Artist-
Welcome
The selected projects below were hand picked out of a decade in immersive tech.
My contributions to these selections span the entire creative pipeline in art and design.

Yes, CatatonicVertigo is a weird name but I'm sticking with it.
Metaverse Apps
Accenture
At Accenture, I worked on several internal and external projects exploring the metaverse.

The word "metaverse" itself can be polarizing, but for what its worth, these were online virtual reality multiplayer experiences. Some were designed to integrate with blockchain technology.

I designed, storyboarded, and created concept art, 3D models, and animations for various projects. This gallery showcases a mix of pre-production pics.

Career Exploration
Transfr
I contracted at Transfr wearing a few different hats. From tech art to design, I contributed where I was needed.

The Career Exploration 2.0 was a big endeavor for the company involving many teams and people. The results of some of the groundwork I helped with are shown in this video.

I mainly handled design, created concept art and storyboards for some of the modules shown in the video.
Finerenone
PIXACORE
The campaign for this brand featured a heart/kidney sculpture that was present at their booth in multiple medical conferences.

The ask from the client was to add an informational AR element to the sculpture so people visiting their booth can interact with it more meaningfully.

I designed, prototyped, created 3D art and animations for the entirety of the project. The video shows the prototype and testing phases side-by-side, followed by the final version.

Stivarga
PIXACORE
This is a run through of an MOD AR experience using ARKit.
The company wanted an easy-to-use digital supplement that their representatives could use to aid conversations with HCPs.

I designed, storyboarded, prototyped and created all of the 3D art and animations for the entirety of the project.

Cellex
PIXACORE
This is a clip of an AR training app using ARKit. It was created for accessible training across the company's US program.

Due to logistical difficulties in their normal training program, the client needed a cheaper solution that would also have a larger outreach; making this a great use case for immersive training.

I designed, storyboarded, prototyped and created 3D art and animations for the entirety of the project.

Pipeline AR
PIXACORE
This is an AR version of the project below using the Magic Leap One. Many changes were made. The video shows one section of the experience.
There were multiple versions for different conferences throughout 2019. They stopped in 2020 (I wonder why).

I designed, prototyped and created 3D art and animations for the project.

Pipeline VR
PIXACORE
This is a demo of a VR experience using the Leap Motion on an Oculus Rift.
Two versions were used at multiple conferences from 2017-2018; which would make this an "oldie but goodie" by now.

I designed, and created the 3D art and animations for the project.
